【摘要】：在經濟全球化不斷發(fā)展的新形勢下，企業(yè)要想在激烈的市場競爭中贏得勝利，必須實現(xiàn)采購、計劃、生產和銷售等業(yè)務流程的暢通與優(yōu)化。ERP系統(tǒng)作為企業(yè)上層整合先進管理理念和計算機網絡技術的信息系統(tǒng)正可滿足這種需求。在ERP系統(tǒng)的諸多模塊中，采購管理模塊處于整個供應鏈的頂端，決定著企業(yè)產品的質量。而成本管理模塊更是企業(yè)立足市場競爭的基礎。為此，，本論文以山東兗州金城宏達機械有限公司為研究對象，對中小型企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)的采購管理模塊和成本管理模塊進行了研究。 首先，在詳細調研的基礎上，根據企業(yè)需求分析，對企業(yè)現(xiàn)有業(yè)務流程合理改進，設計出符合中小型企業(yè)特點的業(yè)務流程；其次，對企業(yè)管理軟件的功能進行了設計，通過對采購管理模塊和成本管理模塊的數據流程圖的分析，分別設計出對應的功能模塊；然后，對企業(yè)管理軟件的結構進行了研究設計。主要包括管理軟件的邏輯結構、企業(yè)網絡部署和數據庫的設計；最后，在前文研究的基礎上，開發(fā)了采購管理和成本管理的原型系統(tǒng)，通過實踐證明了本文相關設計和理論研究的正確性。 山東兗州金城宏達機械有限公司是中小型企業(yè)的典型代表。本文研究的系統(tǒng)功能設計和體系結構具有一定的通用性，可為我國其他中小型企業(yè)實施信息化管理提供有益參考。
[Abstract]:Under the new situation of continuous development of economic globalization, if enterprises want to win in the fierce market competition, we must achieve smooth and optimized business processes such as procurement, planning, production and sales. The ERP system, as an information system that integrates advanced management concept and computer network technology in the upper level of the enterprise, can meet this demand. In the many modules of the ERP system, the purchasing management module is at the top of the whole supply chain, which determines the quality of the enterprise product. And the cost management module is the foundation of the enterprise based on the market competition. Therefore, this paper takes Shandong Yanzhou Jincheng Hongda Machinery Co., Ltd. as the research object, and studies the procurement management module and cost management module of ERP system of small and medium-sized enterprises.
