基于ABAQUS的鋸齒形切屑形成機(jī)理分析與實(shí)驗(yàn)研究(英文)

鋸齒形切屑的形成會(huì)導(dǎo)致機(jī)床振動(dòng),使刀具的切削性能下降,降低工件的加工質(zhì)量,因此需要對(duì)其形成機(jī)理進(jìn)行分析,合理優(yōu)化切削參數(shù),減少鋸齒形切屑的形成機(jī)率。本文利用ABAQUS軟件對(duì)鈦合金的加工過程進(jìn)行仿真分析,模擬鋸齒形切屑的形成機(jī)理,并在不同切削條件下進(jìn)行仿真和實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,討論切削參數(shù)對(duì)切屑鋸齒化程度的影響。結(jié)果表明,隨著切削速度和進(jìn)給量的增加,切屑的鋸齒化程度逐漸增大,隨著刀具前角的增大,切屑的鋸齒化程度逐漸減小。研究結(jié)果對(duì)提高工件加工質(zhì)量以及設(shè)計(jì)工藝參數(shù)有一定指導(dǎo)作用。
