建立了模具充型過(guò)程的光滑粒子流體動(dòng)力學(xué)方法數(shù)值模型。為了表征模具固壁對(duì)充型流體的約束,建立了一種耦合固壁邊界條件。在固壁表面設(shè)置了L-S斥力粒子;在固壁內(nèi)部設(shè)置了若干層邊界虛粒子,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)流體粒子支持域的補(bǔ)充。通過(guò)冷態(tài)水模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)計(jì)算模型進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。計(jì)算結(jié)果與實(shí)驗(yàn)吻合良好,證明了本文模型的有效性。
