【摘要】：通過(guò)對(duì)寶鈦集團(tuán)、美國(guó)鈦金屬有限公司、日本新日鐵住金株式會(huì)所、韓國(guó)大宇國(guó)際公司4家來(lái)自不同國(guó)家的代表生產(chǎn)商所生產(chǎn)的0.5 mm厚Gr.2焊管用鈦帶的化學(xué)成分、力學(xué)性能、硬度、顯微組織、表面狀況及粗糙度等性能進(jìn)行分析測(cè)試,以期用實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)說(shuō)明目前國(guó)產(chǎn)焊管用鈦帶品質(zhì)所達(dá)到的真實(shí)水平,為國(guó)產(chǎn)鈦帶的推廣應(yīng)用提供有利的支撐。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明:國(guó)產(chǎn)焊管用鈦帶的各項(xiàng)性能與國(guó)外基本相當(dāng),且批次穩(wěn)定性、表面一致性等甚至優(yōu)于國(guó)外同類(lèi)產(chǎn)品。
[Abstract]:The chemical composition, mechanical properties, hardness, microstructure, surface condition and roughness of 0.5 mm thick Gr.2 welded pipe produced by four representative manufacturers from different countries, such as Baoti Group, American Titanium Metal Co., Ltd., Japan Xinri Iron Co., Ltd., Korea Daewoo International Co., Ltd., were analyzed and tested. It is hoped that the experimental data can be used to illustrate the true level of the quality of titanium strip used in domestic welded pipe at present, and to provide favorable support for the popularization and application of domestic titanium strip. The test results show that the properties of domestic titanium strip for welded pipe are basically the same as those of foreign countries, and the batch stability and surface consistency are even better than those of the same kind of foreign products.
