SDC99鋼TD法鹽浴滲釩層結(jié)合力及摩擦磨損性能

【摘要】:使用優(yōu)化工藝對(duì)冷作模具鋼SDC99進(jìn)行TD法鹽浴滲釩,獲得了厚度約13μm的VC滲釩層,并對(duì)其截面形貌、物相、結(jié)合力、顯微硬度梯度和摩擦磨損性能進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明,滲后截面由表及里為滲釩層、過(guò)渡層、基體;滲釩層主要由VC相組成,同時(shí)還有一些VC_x(x=0.65~0.90)相;滲層到基體的硬度呈下降趨勢(shì);滲層與基體結(jié)合強(qiáng)度約為72 N;經(jīng)過(guò)TD處理的試樣比未經(jīng)處理的試樣磨損體積減少70%,VC滲層的磨損機(jī)理為試樣表面初期產(chǎn)生犁溝,隨磨損試驗(yàn)的進(jìn)行逐漸產(chǎn)生微裂紋并不斷擴(kuò)展,最終導(dǎo)致滲層呈薄片狀剝落,表現(xiàn)為疲勞磨損的特征。
[Abstract]:The TD salt bath vanadium infiltration of cold working die steel SDC99 was carried out by using the optimized process. The VC vanadium infiltration layer with thickness of about 13 渭 m was obtained. The cross section morphology, phase, bonding force, microhardness gradient and friction and wear properties were studied.
