大棒材在線淬火及自回火過程的數(shù)值模擬

【摘要】:棒材在線淬火-自回火是大棒材生產(chǎn)中先進的生產(chǎn)工藝?紤]相變潛熱和材料熱物性隨溫度的變化,利用有限元軟件MSC.Marc,對不同直徑的45號鋼及42CrMo鋼大直徑棒材(鐖50mm以上)軋后在線淬火及空冷過程的溫度場進行了模擬,對淬火臨界冷卻速度進行了計算,獲取不同直徑棒材的最大淬硬層深度及形成最大淬硬層深度所需的淬火時間;研究了不同淬火時間后棒材的溫度場,分析了棒材自回火的可能性。
