G13Cr4Mo4Ni4V鋼滲碳時粗大及網狀碳化物的成因與消除

【摘要】:對高溫滲碳軸承鋼G13Cr4Mo4Ni4V滲碳時粗大及網狀碳化物的成因及控制方法進行研究。結果表明:若滲碳時只形成粗大碳化物,可通過提高二次淬火溫度或延長保溫時間消除;若滲碳時形成網狀碳化物,二次淬火時不能消除,必須在滲碳過程中進行擴散。
[Abstract]:The causes and control methods of coarse and reticulated carbides during G13Cr4Mo4Ni4V Carburizing of high temperature Carburizing bearing steel were studied. The results show that if only coarse carbides are formed during Carburizing, they can be eliminated by increasing the secondary quenching temperature or prolonging the holding time, and if the reticulated carbides are formed during the Carburizing, they cannot be eliminated during the second quenching, so they must be diffused in the Carburizing process.
