AZ31鎂合金激光沖擊溫成形實驗研究

【摘要】:為了研究超高應(yīng)變速率激光沖擊對AZ31鎂合金溫成形性能的影響,采用釹玻璃脈沖激光器(脈沖寬度為20 ns,激光功率密度為1.53 GW/cm2)進(jìn)行AZ31鎂合金薄板室溫激光沖擊成形(LSF)和200℃時激光沖擊溫成形(WLSF)實驗研究及模擬分析。結(jié)果表明:AZ31交叉軋制薄板具有良好的超高應(yīng)變速率WLSF能力,可實現(xiàn)溫成形和改性雙重效應(yīng),表層形成高幅殘余壓應(yīng)力和高密度位錯,WLSF表面比LSF具有更穩(wěn)定的殘余壓應(yīng)力,超高應(yīng)變速率激光沖擊和動態(tài)再結(jié)晶可能是納米晶形成的主要原因,并分析LSF和WLSF試樣表面形貌和粗糙度以及表面殘余應(yīng)力分布。
