稀土元素鈰對204Cu不銹鋼組織與性能的影響
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern society and industry, the use of stainless steel is increasing. The cost control of stainless steel has become one of the most urgent problems in stainless steel industry. Under this background, 200 series stainless steel emerges as the times require. 200 series stainless steel is austenitic stainless steel with manganese and nitrogen instead of some nickel. It has been widely used in various fields. Rare earth elements can interact with other alloying elements in steel to improve their comprehensive properties. As a large rare earth producing country, China adds trace rare earth element Ce, to stainless steel. It is very important for the development of stainless steel industry to study the influence of rare earth Ce on its comprehensive properties. The effect of rare earth Ce on the microstructure and properties of 204Cu stainless steel was studied by adding a certain amount of rare earth Ce, to 204Cu stainless steel. The effect of rare earth element cerium on the microstructure and inclusions of 204Cu stainless steel was studied by means of microstructure observation and analysis of the shape and composition of inclusions. The effect of rare earth Ce on the corrosion resistance of 204Cu stainless steel was studied by means of periodic soakage experiment, electrochemical test and intergranular corrosion test. The effect of rare earth Ce on mechanical properties of 204Cu stainless steel was studied by tensile and impact tests at room temperature. The experimental results show that the addition of rare earth Ce to the steel can refine the grain size, and the degree of grain refinement increases with the increase of the content of rare earth Ce in the steel. After the addition of rare earth Ce into 204Cu stainless steel, the inclusions in the steel were modified, and the shape and composition of the inclusions were changed. However, when the content of rare earth Ce in the steel exceeds a specific range, the large size rare earth composite inclusions will be produced, which will decrease the corrosion resistance and mechanical properties of 204Cu stainless steel. With the increase of rare earth Ce content in steel, the corrosion resistance of 204Cu stainless steel was improved gradually, but when the content of rare earth Ce in steel exceeded 0.029, the corrosion resistance of experimental steel decreased to a certain extent. The mechanical properties of 204Cu stainless steel can be significantly improved by adding a proper amount of rare earth Ce. When the content of rare earth Ce in the steel is 0.029, the best mechanical properties of 204Cu stainless steel can be obtained.
