CrFeAlTi復合涂層抗高溫氧化及耐鉛鉍合金腐蝕性能

【摘要】:采用熱噴涂-激光復合工藝在304不銹鋼基體上制備3種CrFeAlTi復合涂層。采用氧化增重法評定涂層和基材抗高溫氧化性能;利用光學顯微鏡(OM)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM/EDS)和X-射線衍射儀(XRD)對涂層微觀組織結構進行分析,并對涂層耐液態(tài)鉛鉍合金(LBE)腐蝕性能進行研究。結果表明,3種CrFeAlTi復合涂層均具有良好的抗高溫氧化性和耐液態(tài)鉛鉍合金腐蝕性,未加入304不銹鋼粉末制備的涂層相對更好;750℃和850℃下氧化3h后304基材增重量分別為0.70g/m2和0.88g/m2,而涂層增重量在850℃也僅有0.074g/m2;450℃和550℃下腐蝕300h,Pb元素沿基材表面向內部的擴散深度達到了8μm和10μm,而在涂層中幾乎無擴散,涂層具有很好的抗腐蝕性,能阻止液態(tài)鉛鉍合金擴散到內部,對基材起到一定的防護作用。
[Abstract]:Three kinds of CrFeAlTi composite coatings were prepared on 304 stainless steel substrate by thermal spraying and laser composite process. The oxidation resistance of coatings and substrates at high temperature was evaluated by oxidation weight gain method. The microstructure of the coating was analyzed by (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM/EDS) and X-ray diffractometer (XRD), and the corrosion resistance of the coating to liquid lead-bismuth alloy (LBE) was studied. The results show that the three CrFeAlTi composite coatings have good high temperature oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of liquid lead-bismuth alloy, and the coating without 304 stainless steel powder is better.
