【摘要】：鋁鎂合金制品拋光打磨工藝過程中會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量粉塵,為研究其在除塵過程中的物理及相關(guān)燃燒、爆炸特性,對鋁鎂合金粉塵進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明:未過篩鋁鎂合金樣粉的粒徑近80%分布在0.10~10.00μm之間;樣粉的流動(dòng)性指數(shù)為46,流動(dòng)性評價(jià)為不太好;樣粉的噴流性指數(shù)為55,噴流性程度為有傾向;樣品粉塵云的最小點(diǎn)火能為304.5mJ,粉塵層的最低著火溫度270℃;在點(diǎn)火頭能量為10kJ的條件下,樣粉的最大爆炸壓力為0.50MPa,最大爆炸指數(shù)為2.28MPa·m/s,爆炸烈度為St1級;針對企業(yè)實(shí)際情況及測試結(jié)果展開相關(guān)分析并提出相對應(yīng)防護(hù)對策。
[Abstract]:A large amount of dust will be produced in the polishing and grinding process of aluminum-magnesium alloy products. In order to study its physical and related combustion and explosion characteristics in the process of dust removal, an experimental study was carried out on the aluminum-magnesium alloy dust.
