鋁鎂合金粉塵安全特性實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:鋁鎂合金制品拋光打磨工藝過程中會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量粉塵,為研究其在除塵過程中的物理及相關(guān)燃燒、爆炸特性,對鋁鎂合金粉塵進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。結(jié)果表明:未過篩鋁鎂合金樣粉的粒徑近80%分布在0.10~10.00μm之間;樣粉的流動(dòng)性指數(shù)為46,流動(dòng)性評價(jià)為不太好;樣粉的噴流性指數(shù)為55,噴流性程度為有傾向;樣品粉塵云的最小點(diǎn)火能為304.5mJ,粉塵層的最低著火溫度270℃;在點(diǎn)火頭能量為10kJ的條件下,樣粉的最大爆炸壓力為0.50MPa,最大爆炸指數(shù)為2.28MPa·m/s,爆炸烈度為St1級;針對企業(yè)實(shí)際情況及測試結(jié)果展開相關(guān)分析并提出相對應(yīng)防護(hù)對策。
[Abstract]:A large amount of dust will be produced in the polishing and grinding process of aluminum-magnesium alloy products. In order to study its physical and related combustion and explosion characteristics in the process of dust removal, an experimental study was carried out on the aluminum-magnesium alloy dust. The results showed that the particle size of unscreened aluminum-magnesium alloy powder was about 80% in the range of 0.10 ~ 10.00 渭 m, the fluidity index of the sample powder was 46, the fluidity evaluation was not good, the jet fluidity index of the sample powder was 55, and the degree of jet flow was inclined.
