【摘要】：采用中國自主研發(fā)耐蝕手工焊條C J507NS對國產(chǎn)船用耐蝕鋼DH32分別進行橫位置和立位置焊接,利用光學(xué)顯微鏡、萬能應(yīng)力試驗機、維氏硬度計對兩種位置焊接接頭的組織和性能進行了研究。試驗結(jié)果表明,國產(chǎn)耐蝕手工焊條與國產(chǎn)耐蝕DH32具有較好匹配性,橫位置焊接頭的抗拉強度達到516 MPa,-20℃平均沖擊吸收能量值為235 J;立位置焊接頭抗拉強度達到526 MPa,-20℃平均沖擊吸收能量值達到103J。兩種位置焊接接頭的硬度均小于350 HV,經(jīng)過168h內(nèi)底板腐蝕試驗接頭表面都沒有不連續(xù)臺階,經(jīng)過98天上甲板腐蝕試驗,焊縫與母材交界處無明顯臺階,都滿足現(xiàn)有船規(guī)和IMO標準要求。
[Abstract]:The domestic marine corrosion resistant steel DH32 was welded in transverse position and vertical position by using C J507NS, which was developed independently by China, and the optical microscope and universal stress testing machine were used. The microstructure and properties of welded joints in two positions were studied by Vickers hardness tester. The test results show that the domestic corrosion resistant manual electrode has a good match with the domestic corrosion resistant DH32.
