基于控制圖的磨削顫振預測方法

【摘要】:為了預測磨削過程中顫振的發(fā)生,提出一種基于休哈特控制圖的磨削顫振預測方法.該方法基于統(tǒng)計質量控制中所遵循的"Kσ"原則來繪制顫振傳感信號特征量的控制圖,以監(jiān)測識別磨削振動中不穩(wěn)定性信號成分,達到快速準確預測磨削顫振的目的.首先,根據磨削加工過程中顫振信號的頻譜分析得到顫振發(fā)生的敏感頻段,以該頻段能量占整個分析頻段能量的百分比作為顫振特征量.然后,以平穩(wěn)磨削過程振動信號的顫振特征量為統(tǒng)計特性值繪制控制圖,并計算其均值和方差,進而得到控制圖的上、下控制界限值.最后,利用控制圖的判斷準則對統(tǒng)計特性值是否發(fā)生異常波動進行判別,從而實現顫振預測.實驗結果表明:基于控制圖的磨削顫振預測方法能夠準確地預測顫振的發(fā)生.
[Abstract]:In order to predict the occurrence of grinding chatter, a method of grinding chatter prediction based on Shewhart control chart is proposed. Based on the "K 蟽" principle in statistical quality control, the control chart of flutter sensing signal characteristic quantity is drawn in order to monitor and identify the unstable signal components in grinding vibration and to predict grinding chatter quickly and accurately. Firstly, according to the frequency spectrum analysis of the chatter signal in grinding process, the sensitive frequency band of flutter is obtained, and the percentage of the frequency band energy in the whole analysis frequency band is taken as the flutter characteristic. Then, the control chart is drawn with the chatter characteristic of the vibration signal of stationary grinding process as the statistical characteristic value, and its mean value and variance are calculated, and the upper and lower control limits of the control chart are obtained. Finally, the criteria of control chart are used to judge whether the statistical characteristic value has abnormal fluctuation or not, so as to realize the flutter prediction. The experimental results show that the grinding chatter prediction method based on control chart can accurately predict the occurrence of grinding chatter.

[Abstract]:In order to predict the occurrence of grinding chatter, a method of grinding chatter prediction based on Shewhart control chart is proposed.
