溫度對X70管線鋼在含氧溶液中應力腐蝕的影響

【摘要】:通過掃描電鏡觀察X70管線鋼表面鐵素體微觀形貌,采用能譜儀分析其化學元素質(zhì)量分數(shù)。在常溫及60℃時,采用慢應變速率法(SSRT),分別在空氣和氧質(zhì)量分數(shù)為1.0×10-4的NACE(Na C1與CH3COOH質(zhì)量分數(shù)分別為5%和0.5%)溶液中進行X70管線鋼應力腐蝕試驗,對試樣斷口形貌進行分析,并研究溫度對X70管線鋼在氧質(zhì)量分數(shù)為1.0×10-4溶液中應力腐蝕開裂(SSCC)敏感性的影響。研究結果表明:常溫下X70管線鋼應力腐蝕敏感性不明顯,當溫度升至60℃時應力腐蝕敏感性增加,有應力腐蝕傾向;氧元素對試樣應力腐蝕性能有一定的促進作用,60℃時NACE溶液中Cl-與O2運動加劇,是應力腐蝕敏感性增強的重要因素。
