【摘要】：研究了2205雙相不銹鋼中σ相的析出規(guī)律及原始組織對析出規(guī)律的影響。分別對鑄態(tài)試樣和熱軋態(tài)試樣進行了不同工藝條件的固溶處理實驗,并對實驗后試樣進行了顯微組織的觀察和分析。結果表明,2205雙相不銹鋼中σ相析出的鼻尖溫度為850℃;變形會使σ相的析出溫度升高,孕育期縮短,析出速度增大;工業(yè)生產2205雙相不銹鋼熱軋卷板時軋件終軋后應采用較快冷卻速度冷卻到卷取溫度,以避免σ相的析出給熱軋卷板開卷及后續(xù)工序帶來困難。
[Abstract]:The precipitation law of 蟽 phase in 2205 duplex stainless steel and the effect of original structure on the precipitation rule were studied. The solution treatment experiments of as-cast and hot-rolled samples were carried out under different technological conditions, and the microstructure of the samples after the experiment was observed and analyzed.
