【摘要】：正論文重點(diǎn)研究了齒輪超聲精密加工諧振系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)理論及其超聲珩齒工藝試驗(yàn)。主要研究工作如下。將齒輪等效為與其分度圓等徑的中厚環(huán)盤,利用Mindlin中厚板振動(dòng)求解理論,通過(guò)齒輪輪轂、輻板、輪緣三個(gè)環(huán)盤單元的耦合振動(dòng)連續(xù)條件和邊界條件,并結(jié)合三個(gè)環(huán)盤單元的厚度尺寸關(guān)系,建立了圓柱齒輪的橫向彎曲振動(dòng)求解的統(tǒng)一模型,
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the design theory of ultrasonic precision gear machining resonance system and ultrasonic honing technology test. The main research work is as follows. The gear is equivalent to an equal diameter ring disk of its indexing circle. By using the theory of vibration solution of Mindlin plate, the coupling vibration continuity condition and boundary condition of three ring disk elements of gear hub, spoke plate and wheel edge are obtained. Combined with the thickness and size relationship of the three ring disk elements, a unified model for solving the lateral bending vibration of cylindrical gears is established.
