模具的復(fù)合激光熔敷改性工藝研究

【摘要】:采用感應(yīng)一激光的復(fù)合激光熔敷技術(shù),在H13鋼熱作模具表面制備了混合金屬熔覆層,并進(jìn)行了高溫表面硬度涂層形貌、模具耐磨損性能和熱疲勞性能的測(cè)試與分析。結(jié)果表明,復(fù)合激光熔敷可使模具的耐磨損性能和熱疲勞性能較常規(guī)激光熔敷得到顯著提高,25、300和600℃的磨損體積分別減小8%、91%和91%,網(wǎng)狀裂紋從5級(jí)變?yōu)?級(jí),主裂紋從4級(jí)變?yōu)?級(jí),熱裂紋從9級(jí)變?yōu)?級(jí)。耐磨損性能和熱疲勞性能較常規(guī)激光熔敷得到了顯著提高。
[Abstract]:The mixed metal cladding layer was prepared on the surface of H13 steel hot work die by using the composite laser cladding technique of induction laser. The morphology of hardness coating, wear resistance and thermal fatigue property of the die were tested and analyzed. The results show that the wear resistance and thermal fatigue properties of the die can be significantly increased by 891% and 91% respectively at 25300 鈩,
