700MPa冷軋低合金超高強(qiáng)鋼的典型連續(xù)退火工藝

【摘要】:為了開發(fā)新一代冷軋低合金超高強(qiáng)鋼,利用連續(xù)退火實(shí)驗(yàn)機(jī)對(duì)Ti-0.12%、Nb-0.076%的冷軋低合金超高強(qiáng)鋼進(jìn)行連續(xù)退火實(shí)驗(yàn),設(shè)計(jì)了760~830℃四種不同退火溫度,研究了退火溫度對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)鋼的相組成、晶粒尺寸和力學(xué)性能的影響.在800℃退火、400℃過時(shí)效的條件下,可得到鐵素體和少量貝氏體的組織,鐵素體晶粒尺寸約為1.4μm,屈服強(qiáng)度可達(dá)700MPa.同時(shí)利用掃描電鏡和透射電鏡觀察到鋼中存在大量納米尺寸的亞晶結(jié)構(gòu)、少量位錯(cuò)以及納米級(jí)的Ti、Nb的析出物,這些微結(jié)構(gòu)單元對(duì)強(qiáng)度有較大的提升作用.
