基于數(shù)據(jù)逆向分析的總線式數(shù)控系統(tǒng)軌跡控制精度測試方法

【摘要】:為了真實反映數(shù)控系統(tǒng)控制器的加工精度,通過分析基于工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)的數(shù)控系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),提出一種基于總線數(shù)據(jù)逆向分析的數(shù)控加工功能測試方法。用該方法設(shè)計的測試系統(tǒng)由基于FPGA開發(fā)的數(shù)據(jù)偵聽器和監(jiān)聽計算機組成。數(shù)據(jù)偵聽器捕捉總線中的數(shù)據(jù)幀并增加時間戳后發(fā)送到監(jiān)聽計算機,通過設(shè)計的數(shù)據(jù)偵聽機制避免了對總線正常傳輸?shù)难訒r影響。監(jiān)聽計算機上的數(shù)控加工功能分析軟件對接收的以太網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)幀進行應(yīng)用層解析,提取出運動控制數(shù)據(jù),然后在線逆向建模分析以測試數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的加工功能。以圓弧插補精度的測試為例,論述了數(shù)據(jù)分析的方法,并利用KRTS實時擴展為數(shù)據(jù)接收和分析過程提供實時運行環(huán)境。通過對一款基于EtherCAT的數(shù)控系統(tǒng)插補精度測試表明,該方法可以簡潔高效地測試數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的加工功能。
[Abstract]:In order to truly reflect the machining accuracy of NC system controller, a NC machining function test method based on bus data reverse analysis is proposed by analyzing the structure of NC system based on industrial Ethernet. The test system designed by this method is composed of a data listener based on FPGA and a monitor computer. The data listener captures the data frame in the bus and sends it to the monitor computer after increasing the timestamp. The delay effect on the normal transmission of the bus is avoided by the designed data listening mechanism. The NC machining function analysis software on the monitor computer analyzes the received ethernet data frame in the application layer, then extracts the motion control data, and then the on-line reverse modeling analysis is used to test the machining function of the NC system. Taking the measurement of arc interpolation accuracy as an example, this paper discusses the method of data analysis, and provides a real-time running environment for data receiving and analyzing process by using KRTS real-time extension. The interpolation accuracy test of a CNC system based on Ethercat shows that this method can test the machining function of NC system succinctly and efficiently.
