60Si2Mn彈簧鋼表面脫碳理論及試驗研究

【摘要】:通過表面脫碳熱力學、動力學分析,采用菲克第二定律對鋼坯表面脫碳層深度進行預測,建立彈簧鋼脫碳層深度理論值計算模型,研究了保溫時間、加熱溫度對60Si2Mn彈簧鋼脫碳層深度的影響,并對彈簧鋼完全脫碳機制進行分析,計算出60Si2Mn彈簧鋼產(chǎn)生完全脫碳層深度最大時的溫度。同時,利用實驗室加熱爐對60Si2Mn彈簧鋼鋼坯進行加熱,采用金相法測量脫碳層厚度。結(jié)果表明:60Si2Mn彈簧鋼總脫碳層和完全脫碳層深度與加熱時間的平方根成正比;在空氣氣氛中,60Si2Mn彈簧鋼存在最小脫碳條件,最小脫碳條件溫度范圍為900~1000℃,脫碳層深度在0.01~0.12 mm之間。
[Abstract]:Based on the thermodynamic and kinetic analysis of surface decarbonization, the depth of decarburized layer on billet surface was predicted by Fick's second law. The theoretical calculation model of decarburization depth of spring steel was established, and the holding time was studied. The effect of heating temperature on decarbonization depth of 60Si2Mn spring steel was studied. The mechanism of complete decarburization of 60Si2Mn spring steel was analyzed and the temperature of 60Si2Mn spring steel was calculated when the depth of complete decarbonization layer was maximum. At the same time, 60Si2Mn spring steel billet was heated by laboratory heating furnace, and the thickness of decarburized layer was measured by metallographic method. The results show that the depth of the total decarburization layer and the complete decarburization layer is proportional to the square root of the heating time, and the minimum decarburization condition exists in the air atmosphere, the minimum decarburization temperature ranges from 900 鈩,
