【摘要】:首先從激光焊接鋁合金薄板的激光光譜入手,發(fā)現(xiàn)波長(zhǎng)為600~650nm激光的光強(qiáng)幾乎不變,選擇了合適的窄帶寬濾光片,使得CCD相機(jī)采集的整個(gè)焊接過(guò)程圖片光強(qiáng)均一,整個(gè)過(guò)程不受焊接過(guò)程中激光光強(qiáng)的影響.然后在最佳的焊接參數(shù)下焊接,用2臺(tái)CCD相機(jī)在脈沖信號(hào)下同時(shí)進(jìn)行圖像采集,通過(guò)匹配計(jì)算分析得到板件在整個(gè)焊接過(guò)程中全場(chǎng)三維變形量、形貌和應(yīng)變,能夠?qū)崟r(shí)地再現(xiàn)變形過(guò)程,得到任意時(shí)刻的三維上的焊接變形量以及該時(shí)刻的形貌及應(yīng)變.
[Abstract]:Starting with the laser spectrum of aluminum alloy sheet welded by laser, it is found that the light intensity of 600~650nm laser is almost invariable, and a suitable narrow band filter is selected, which makes the image of welding process collected by CCD camera uniform. The whole process is not affected by the laser intensity during the welding process. Then, under the best welding parameters, two CCD cameras are used to collect the image simultaneously under the pulse signal, and the 3D deformation, morphology and strain of the plate during the whole welding process are obtained by matching calculation and analysis. The deformation process can be reproduced in real time, and the welding deformation at any moment, the shape and strain of the moment can be obtained.
