采用熱彈流潤(rùn)滑理論數(shù)值計(jì)算的風(fēng)電齒輪微點(diǎn)蝕承載能力分析

【摘要】:在線接觸熱彈流潤(rùn)滑的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)風(fēng)電主齒輪的熱彈流模型進(jìn)行計(jì)算,對(duì)比了熱彈流潤(rùn)滑和ISO/TR 15144—1計(jì)算出的最小油膜厚度及微點(diǎn)蝕安全系數(shù)。給出不同嚙合點(diǎn)的無(wú)量綱壓力、膜厚、溫度分布圖。結(jié)果表明:使用熱彈流潤(rùn)滑理論直接計(jì)算風(fēng)電齒輪箱微點(diǎn)蝕安全系數(shù)是可行的;直接使用熱彈流潤(rùn)滑理論計(jì)算的油膜厚度小于使用ISO/TR 15144—1計(jì)算的油膜厚度;風(fēng)電主齒輪箱齒面受載分析確定修形量時(shí)可以不用考慮熱彈流潤(rùn)滑引起的壓力分布變化及接觸形式變化。
[Abstract]:On the basis of on-line contact thermo-elastohydrodynamic lubrication, the thermo-elastohydrodynamic model of wind power main gear is calculated, and the minimum oil film thickness and the safety factor of micro-pitting corrosion calculated by ISO / TR15144-1 are compared. The dimensionless pressure, film thickness and temperature distribution of different meshing points are given. The results show that it is feasible to calculate directly the safety factor of micro-pitting corrosion of wind power gearbox by using thermo-elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory, and the thickness of oil film calculated by using thermo-elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory is smaller than that calculated by ISO / TR15144-1. The change of pressure distribution and contact form caused by thermo-elastohydrodynamic lubrication can be taken into account when determining the modification amount by load analysis on the main gear box of wind power.
