【摘要】：利用原位測溫手段研究AZ80-1%Y鎂合金在低頻電磁鑄造和直冷鑄造中的傳熱行為。結(jié)果表明,在低頻電磁鑄造過程中,低頻電磁場使熔體產(chǎn)生強制對流,從而使凝固速度和溫度場更加均勻。強制對流還可有效地改善錠坯的微觀組織并降低錠坯邊部和中心組織的不均勻性。電磁場的頻率、勵磁電流和鑄造溫度均對傳熱行為有較大的影響。對于實驗合金,理想的電磁參數(shù)為頻率20 Hz和勵磁電流60 A。
[Abstract]:The heat transfer behavior of AZ80-1%Y magnesium alloy in low frequency electromagnetic casting and cold casting was studied by in situ temperature measurement. The results show that in the process of low frequency electromagnetic casting, the low frequency electromagnetic field causes the forced convection of the melt and makes the solidification velocity and temperature field more uniform. Forced convection can also effectively improve the microstructure of the ingot and reduce the inhomogeneity of the edge and center of the ingot. The frequency of electromagnetic field, excitation current and casting temperature have great influence on the heat transfer behavior. For the experimental alloy, the ideal electromagnetic parameters are frequency 20 Hz and excitation current 60 A.
