含釔銀銦合金硫化腐蝕及力學(xué)、光學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:采用真空熔煉爐制備了Ag-In稀土Y合金。利用XRD、掃描電鏡、光纖光譜儀等設(shè)備對(duì)樣品進(jìn)行測(cè)試,實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,未添加稀土樣品晶粒粗大,添加稀土釔能明顯細(xì)化晶粒,枝晶發(fā)育細(xì)小,與925銀相比抗硫化腐蝕能力增強(qiáng)。隨著In含量的增加,析出Ag3In脆性相,對(duì)合金起到了強(qiáng)化作用,含釔銀銦合金對(duì)可見(jiàn)光具有較高反射率,色調(diào)與純銀相比略顯暖色。
[Abstract]:Ag-In rare earth Y alloy was prepared by vacuum melting furnace. The samples were tested by means of XRD, scanning electron microscope and optical fiber spectrometer. The results showed that the grains of the samples were coarse without adding rare earth elements, the grains of the samples were obviously refined by adding yttrium, and the dendrite was fine. The sulphide corrosion resistance of 925 silver is better than that of 925 silver. With the increase of in content, Ag3In brittleness phase was precipitated, which strengthened the alloy. Yttrium silver indium alloy had higher reflectivity to visible light, and the tonal color was slightly warmer than pure silver.
