【摘要】：采用00Cr18Mn18Mo2N高氮無鎳奧氏體不銹鋼作為試驗(yàn)材料,以銅作為其抗菌元素,研究了改性材料的時(shí)效處理工藝、顯微組織、抗菌性能和耐蝕性.結(jié)果表明,含銅的高氮無鎳奧氏體不銹鋼在700~900℃進(jìn)行1~24 h時(shí)效處理,氮化鉻的析出量隨著時(shí)效溫度升高和時(shí)效時(shí)間延長而增加.該鋼經(jīng)800℃時(shí)效處理1 h后可改善細(xì)菌黏附狀況,但抗菌性能較弱,同時(shí)析出的氮化鉻會明顯損害耐蝕性,時(shí)效時(shí)間越長,耐蝕性受損越嚴(yán)重.開發(fā)銅合金化高氮無鎳奧氏體抗菌不銹鋼時(shí),應(yīng)從抗菌性和耐蝕性兩方面綜合考慮以優(yōu)化時(shí)效處理工藝.
[Abstract]:The aging treatment, microstructure, antibacterial properties and corrosion resistance of the modified 00Cr18Mn18Mo2N high nitrogen nickel free austenitic stainless steel were studied by using copper as the antibacterial element and 00Cr18Mn18Mo2N high nitrogen free austenitic stainless steel as the experimental material.
