【摘要】：基于體視學原理和硬質合金顯微組織特征,結合現(xiàn)代計算機技術,提出一種應用于WC+β(β為粘結相)2相組織的硬質合金顯微組織體視學參量定量化表征的方法。利用Image J軟件對硬質合金掃描電鏡圖像進行處理,實現(xiàn)對合金中WC硬質相和粘結相的體積分數(shù)、WC晶粒尺寸和分布、WC晶粒形狀因子、WC鄰接度以及β相平均自由程的參數(shù)化定量分析。以WC-8.5Co合金為例,展示合金顯微組織參數(shù)的定量分析和表征過程。
[Abstract]:Based on the principle of stereology and microstructure characteristics of cemented carbides and modern computer technology, a method for quantifying the stereological parameters of cemented carbides with WC 尾 (尾 as bonded phase) is presented. The scanning electron microscope image of cemented carbide was processed by Image J software. A parameterized quantitative analysis of WC grain size and distribution, WC grain shape factor, WC contiguity and 尾 phase mean free path of WC hard phase and bond phase in the alloy are realized. Taking WC-8.5Co alloy as an example, the quantitative analysis and characterization process of microstructure parameters of the alloy are presented.
