【摘要】：在船舶制造過(guò)程中,船艙底部存在不連續(xù)的流水孔焊縫,現(xiàn)有焊接機(jī)器人無(wú)法完成流水扎焊縫的白動(dòng)識(shí)別和跟蹤焊接。設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)了一款結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、質(zhì)量輕、便于提攜的自主移動(dòng)機(jī)器人。介紹了機(jī)器人的硬件結(jié)構(gòu),著重介紹了流水孔焊接機(jī)器人激光視覺傳感器的設(shè)計(jì),驗(yàn)證了該激光視覺傳感器的效果。對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)出的焊接機(jī)器人進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,該機(jī)器人能夠完成流水孔焊縫的自動(dòng)識(shí)別和跟蹤焊接,效果良好。
[Abstract]:In the process of ship manufacturing, there are discontinuous fluid-hole welds at the bottom of the cabin, so the existing welding robot can not complete the white motion identification and tracking welding of the flowing seam. An autonomous mobile robot with compact structure, light weight and easy to carry is designed and developed. The hardware structure of the robot is introduced, and the design of the laser vision sensor for the robot with flowing hole welding is emphasized, and the effect of the laser vision sensor is verified. The designed welding robot has been tested and verified. The robot can automatically identify and track the weld of flowing hole, and the effect is good.
