TA15鈦合金大鍛件兩種模鍛工藝的組織性能對(duì)比研究

【摘要】:采用相同規(guī)格TA15棒材分別利用800MN模鍛壓力機(jī)、1MJ對(duì)擊模鍛錘制備同種形狀鈦合金大型航空模鍛件,對(duì)兩種模鍛條件下的鍛件組織及力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行了對(duì)比研究。結(jié)果表明:800MN制備的鍛件塑性流線分布好,每火次變形量大、變形速率低,比1MJ鍛件再結(jié)晶晶粒尺寸小、等軸初生α相比例高且顆粒更加細(xì)小,室溫、500℃高溫拉伸性能以及沖擊韌性和斷裂韌性均有所提高。
[Abstract]:Large air die forging parts of the same shape titanium alloy were prepared by using 800MN die forging press and 800MN die forging press with the same size TA15 bar. The microstructure and mechanical properties of the forgings under the two kinds of die forging conditions were compared and studied. The results show that the forgings prepared by W800MN have good plastic streamline distribution, large amount of deformation per fire, low deformation rate, smaller recrystallization grain size than 1MJ forgings, higher ratio of equiaxed primary 偽 phase and smaller grains.
