【摘要】:以Q550高強(qiáng)度工程機(jī)械用鋼為研究對(duì)象,研究了該鋼種的加工工藝對(duì)其晶粒及組織的影響。結(jié)果表明,在試樣變形過程中存在著兩種應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變狀態(tài),其中一種是動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶型的,另外一種是動(dòng)態(tài)回復(fù)型的。當(dāng)冷卻速度變大時(shí),材料組織結(jié)構(gòu)中貝氏體的晶粒粒徑減小,同時(shí)貝氏體鐵素體間距變小,此時(shí)材料的硬度先增大后減小。當(dāng)冷卻速率為30℃/s時(shí),試樣的維氏硬度達(dá)到最大值346 HV。為了獲得力學(xué)性能較好的鋼材,避免混晶的出現(xiàn),Q550高強(qiáng)鋼的終軋溫度應(yīng)在900℃以下。
[Abstract]:The effect of processing technology on the grain and microstructure of Q550 high strength construction machinery steel was studied. The results show that there are two kinds of stress-strain states during the deformation of the specimen, one of which is dynamic recrystallization and the other is dynamic recovery.
