【摘要】:采用試驗(yàn)手段研究了Ti-22Al-25Nb合金板材的釬焊工藝.結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)釬焊溫度為960℃時(shí),Ti_2Al Nb合金板材組織中短棒狀O相組織發(fā)生少量溶解、塊狀O相組織的晶粒尺寸普遍增大,基體晶粒略粗化,但未出現(xiàn)相轉(zhuǎn)變;隨保溫時(shí)間由15,30和60 min逐漸延長(zhǎng),Ti2Al Nb合金板材室溫強(qiáng)度由1 257 MPa減少到1 000~1 100 MPa,但塑性不斷提高,室溫?cái)嗪笊扉L(zhǎng)率平均值由2.9%依次提高至3.4%,5.8%及5.0%.確定出Ti_2Al Nb合金板材的釬焊工藝參數(shù)為960℃/30 min/爐冷,此時(shí)相應(yīng)接頭抗剪強(qiáng)度較高,可達(dá)152 MPa.
