模鍛生產(chǎn)中的自動(dòng)吹風(fēng)噴墨系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:鍛造自動(dòng)化技術(shù)的應(yīng)用與發(fā)展,是熱加工行業(yè)技術(shù)改造升級(jí)和進(jìn)步的主要手段、未來(lái)機(jī)械制造業(yè)技術(shù)發(fā)展的主要方向。它可大幅度提高生產(chǎn)效率、保證產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、改善工作環(huán)境、降低工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度;谀壳叭斯娔绞皆斐傻臐(rùn)滑效果不佳、氧化皮清除不完全從而影響到鍛件質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定、模具壽命短的現(xiàn)狀,本文結(jié)合模鍛生產(chǎn)工藝通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)一自動(dòng)吹風(fēng)噴墨系統(tǒng)以對(duì)某曲軸鍛造生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的潤(rùn)滑條件進(jìn)行改善來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)曲軸鍛造自動(dòng)化過(guò)程中的潤(rùn)滑環(huán)節(jié)的自動(dòng)化,根據(jù)吹風(fēng)、噴墨過(guò)程對(duì)于模鍛生產(chǎn)的影響,本文從模鍛生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的摩擦機(jī)理及常用的潤(rùn)滑劑方面進(jìn)行了闡述,并根據(jù)可能出現(xiàn)的缺陷來(lái)對(duì)如何改善噴涂效率、噴涂效果進(jìn)行了噴涂裝置設(shè)計(jì)。結(jié)合實(shí)際模鍛生產(chǎn)條件,本文給出了自動(dòng)吹風(fēng)噴墨系統(tǒng)整體構(gòu)架,從自動(dòng)噴墨裝置的整體結(jié)構(gòu)、結(jié)構(gòu)布置、各個(gè)主要機(jī)構(gòu)方面進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),并設(shè)計(jì)了該系統(tǒng)的工藝流程及其自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)。結(jié)合目前主流的氣壓傳動(dòng)技術(shù)和PLC控制技術(shù)對(duì)此系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行驅(qū)動(dòng)和控制以保證其可靠運(yùn)行及功能擴(kuò)展。經(jīng)實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,該系統(tǒng)能完成預(yù)定工作流程,達(dá)到清除氧化皮和均勻噴墨的目的,提高了生產(chǎn)效率,提高了模具使用壽命,具體表現(xiàn)為吹風(fēng)清潔效果好,噴墨量均勻分散、每次噴涂只需2s即可完成。此自動(dòng)吹風(fēng)噴墨系統(tǒng)還具有價(jià)格低廉、功能擴(kuò)展能力強(qiáng)、運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定可靠等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:The application and development of forging automation technology is the main means to upgrade and improve the technology of hot processing industry, and the main direction of technology development of machinery manufacturing industry in the future. It can greatly improve production efficiency, ensure product quality, improve working environment and reduce labor intensity of workers. Based on the fact that the lubrication effect caused by artificial ink jet is not good, and the oxidation surface is not cleared completely, the quality of forging is unstable and the life of die is short. In this paper, an automatic blowing ink jet system is designed to improve the lubrication conditions in the forging process of a crankshaft in order to realize the automation of lubrication in the process of forging automation of the crankshaft. The influence of ink-jet process on die forging production is described in this paper from the aspects of friction mechanism and common lubricant in die forging process, and how to improve the spraying efficiency according to the possible defects, The spraying effect was designed. According to the actual production conditions of die forging, the whole frame of automatic blowing ink jet system is given in this paper. The whole structure, structure arrangement and main mechanism of automatic ink jet device are designed. The process flow and its automatic control system are designed. The system is driven and controlled by the main pneumatic transmission technology and PLC control technology in order to ensure its reliable operation and function expansion. The experimental results show that the system can complete the predetermined work flow, achieve the purpose of removing the oxidation film and uniform ink jet, improve the production efficiency and improve the service life of the mould. The system is characterized by good cleaning effect of blowing air and uniform dispersion of the amount of ink jet. It takes only 2 seconds to finish each spray. The automatic blowing ink jet system also has the advantages of low price, strong function expansion ability, stable operation and so on.
