【摘要】:研究并掌握鎂合金板材在不同工藝參數(shù)條件下的漸進(jìn)成形規(guī)律對完善鎂合金單點(diǎn)溫漸進(jìn)成形工藝有著重要的理論和實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值。以變錐角圓臺件為研究對象,以有限元軟件ANSYS/LS-DYNA為工具,以成形件的等效應(yīng)力、減薄率和板厚變化為研究指標(biāo),研究了不同工藝參數(shù):成形溫度、摩擦條件和工具頭直徑對AZ31B鎂合金板材單點(diǎn)溫漸進(jìn)成形的影響。結(jié)果表明:在成形溫度為250℃,靜摩擦系數(shù)為0.2、動摩擦系數(shù)為0.1,工具頭直徑在10~12 mm范圍內(nèi),AZ31B鎂合金板材具有良好的單點(diǎn)漸進(jìn)成形性能。
[Abstract]:It is of great theoretical and practical value to study and master the progressive forming law of magnesium alloy sheet under different technological parameters for perfecting the single point temperature progressive forming process of magnesium alloy.
