【摘要】:在AM60鎂合金中添加不同含量的稀土元素Gd和Y,形成AM60-RE,并進行T4處理。通過高溫拉伸力學(xué)試驗測定合金的抗拉強度和伸長率。結(jié)合金相顯微組織觀察表明,土元素Y和Gd能夠通過固溶強化作用減少AM60鎂合金在高溫拉伸時的軟化,并且通過第二相強化減少Mg17Al12相數(shù)量以及在130℃時的軟化、粗化,改變其形貌;同時Y、Gd與Mg、Al形成的高熔點化合物在130℃時能強化AM60鎂合金基體。添加Y和Gd的RE-AM60鎂合金在130℃下,鑄態(tài)抗拉強度可達227 MPa,T4處理后達到236 MPa,與未添加稀土的AM60相比,鑄態(tài)抗拉強度提高了12.4%,T4態(tài)抗拉強度提高了13.5%。
[Abstract]:Different contents of rare earth elements Gd and Y were added to AM60 magnesium alloy to form AM60-REand treated with T4.Tensile strength and elongation of the alloy were measured by tensile mechanical test at high temperature.Combined with metallographic microstructure observation, the soil elements Y and Gd can reduce the softening of AM60 magnesium alloy at high temperature by solution strengthening, and decrease the number of Mg17Al12 phases and the softening and coarsening at 130 鈩,
