【摘要】:對(duì)Ti-1300合金在固溶處理過(guò)程中晶粒的長(zhǎng)大行為進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)固溶溫度低于β轉(zhuǎn)變溫度時(shí),未溶解的α相使得晶粒長(zhǎng)大緩慢;在高于β轉(zhuǎn)變溫度固溶處理時(shí),晶粒隨著溫度升高而快速增大。晶粒長(zhǎng)大動(dòng)力表明:在840~950℃固溶處理時(shí),β晶粒的長(zhǎng)大規(guī)律可用D=1.13×1010 exp(-2.1×104/T)描述,且晶界遷移的表觀激活能為Q=350 k J/mol。當(dāng)固溶溫度為840、870和900℃時(shí),晶粒長(zhǎng)大指數(shù)隨固溶溫度升高而增加,分別為0.31、0.55、0.56。
[Abstract]:The grain growth behavior of Ti - 1300 alloy during the solution treatment was systematically studied . The results showed that when the solution temperature was lower than the 尾 - transition temperature , the grain grew slowly .
