基于有限元的400MN大型模鍛壓力機溫度場分析

【摘要】:模鍛件熱傳導(dǎo)和輻射會造成鋼絲纏繞模鍛壓機機架和動梁溫度升高,使鋼絲層蠕變加劇、預(yù)應(yīng)力損失,液壓介質(zhì)性能下降,溫度場分析至關(guān)重要。運用ABAQUS對400 MN模鍛壓力機進(jìn)行穩(wěn)態(tài)和瞬態(tài)溫度場有限元分析,研究頂出缸、動梁鋼絲層、機架鋼絲層等部位溫度場分布特征。結(jié)果表明,模具工作溫度300℃時,48 h鋼絲層溫度不大于75℃,滿足設(shè)計要求,8.4 h頂出缸油溫大于70℃,超出設(shè)計允許值。鑒于改善散熱條件無法有效降低油溫,提出缸底、端部加隔熱墊片(A)和模具、上模座間加隔熱墊片(B)兩種結(jié)構(gòu)改進(jìn)方案,經(jīng)模擬驗證,方案B效果佳,48 h頂出缸油溫低于70℃,滿足設(shè)計要求。有限元分析結(jié)果與溫度場測量結(jié)果基本吻合驗證了模型的合理性,溫度場分析為壓力機結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計及鍛造工藝制定提供有益參考。
[Abstract]:The heat conduction and radiation of die forging parts will cause the temperature of the frame and moving beam of steel wire winding die forging press to increase, the creep of steel wire layer is aggravated, the prestress loss, the performance of hydraulic medium is decreased, and the analysis of temperature field is very important.The steady and transient temperature field of 400mn die forging press was analyzed by using ABAQUS, and the temperature distribution characteristics of ejection cylinder, moving beam steel wire layer and frame steel wire layer were studied.The results show that when the working temperature of die is 300 鈩,
