基于電流樣本熵的脈沖MIG焊穩(wěn)定性評定

【摘要】:針對焊接穩(wěn)定性定量評定困難的特點,提出了一種基于電流樣本熵的焊接穩(wěn)定性評定方法.隨著電信號穩(wěn)定性降低,樣本熵均值變大,樣本熵標準差也變大,選用樣本熵的均值與標準差的乘積來量化焊接穩(wěn)定性.討論了嵌入維數(shù)、給定閾值和樣本長度對樣本熵的影響,對于研究的脈沖MIG焊電流信號,當m=2,r=0.08,N=2000時,樣本熵分布合理,計算所耗時間較小.最后做了三組脈沖MIG焊對比試驗.結果表明,通過樣本熵的均值與標準差的乘積評定的焊接穩(wěn)定性與實際焊縫質量效果吻合;在相同給定電流下,樣本熵的均值與標準差的乘積越大,焊接穩(wěn)定性越差.
[Abstract]:In view of the difficulty of quantitative evaluation of welding stability, a welding stability evaluation method based on current sample entropy is proposed. With the decrease of electrical signal stability, the mean value of sample entropy and the standard deviation of sample entropy become larger. The effects of embedding dimension, given threshold and sample length on the sample entropy are discussed. For the pulse MIG welding current signal studied, the sample entropy distribution is reasonable when the sample entropy is 0. 08%. The result shows that the welding stability evaluated by the product of the mean value of sample entropy and standard deviation is in agreement with the effect of actual weld quality, and at the same given current, the welding stability is in good agreement with the actual welding quality. The bigger the product of mean value and standard deviation of sample entropy is, the worse the welding stability is.
