【摘要】：以轎車萬向傳動中間軸為研究對象,結(jié)合等速萬向傳動軸承載、失效形式以及靜強(qiáng)度和疲勞耐久性要求,提出了一種基于產(chǎn)品-材料-工藝的中間軸熱處理工藝強(qiáng)化設(shè)計準(zhǔn)則和控制參數(shù),用來設(shè)計制定毛坯和產(chǎn)品的表面強(qiáng)度和硬度、心部強(qiáng)度和硬度、硬化層深度、殘余應(yīng)力分布、硬度和強(qiáng)度梯度分布等。某轎車等速萬向傳動中間旋鍛空心軸的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,耦合材料、工藝和產(chǎn)品特性的中間軸熱處理強(qiáng)化工藝設(shè)計方法能夠充分發(fā)揮材料潛能、滿足產(chǎn)品設(shè)計要求。
[Abstract]:Taking the car universal transmission intermediate shaft as the research object, combined with the uniform speed universal drive shaft load, failure form, static strength and fatigue durability requirements, A design criterion and control parameters for strengthening heat treatment process of intermediate shaft based on product-material process are presented, which can be used to design and design the surface strength and hardness, core strength and hardness, depth of hardened layer, distribution of residual stress of blank and product. Hardness and strength gradient distribution, etc. The test results show that the heat treatment strengthening process design method of intermediate shaft coupling materials, process and product characteristics can give full play to the potential of the material. Meet the requirements of product design.
