鋁合金厚板CMT補焊工藝試驗

【摘要】:厚板鋁合金產(chǎn)品在焊接生產(chǎn)制造中易出現(xiàn)局部氣孔和焊接熱裂紋等微小缺陷.對于重要產(chǎn)品需要進行修補,并且需要嚴格控制修補質(zhì)量,降低焊接修復(fù)次數(shù).針對鋁合金厚板焊接結(jié)構(gòu)修復(fù)質(zhì)量提升的需求,利用低熱輸入、高質(zhì)量的CMT焊接技術(shù),進行7系高強鋁合金CMT補焊工藝試驗,與脈沖MIG焊接工藝的焊接接頭組織進行了對比.結(jié)果表明,相對脈沖MIG焊接工藝,使用CMT工藝進行補焊的焊接溫度場低,多次補焊焊接接頭軟化明顯減弱,焊接接頭組織惡化程度減弱.結(jié)果表明,鋁合金厚板采用CMT焊接工藝進行補焊接頭質(zhì)量更為優(yōu)良.
[Abstract]:Some minor defects such as local blowhole and welding hot cracks are easy to appear in the manufacture of thick plate aluminum alloy products. The repair of important products needs to be repaired and the repair quality must be strictly controlled. According to the requirement of improving the repair quality of aluminum alloy thick plate welding structure, using the low heat input and high quality CMT welding technology, the 7 series high strength aluminum alloy CMT repair welding process test was carried out. The results show that compared with the pulsed MIG welding process, the welding temperature field of the CMT process is lower than that of the pulsed MIG welding process. The softening and microstructure deterioration of the welded joints were obviously weakened, and the results showed that the quality of the joints was better when the CMT welding process was used for the thick aluminum alloy plates.
