【摘要】:采用SEM和XRD分析Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr合金的微觀組織,用萬(wàn)能力學(xué)試驗(yàn)機(jī)測(cè)試合金的力學(xué)性能,用高速往復(fù)摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)研究合金的室溫摩擦磨損特性。研究結(jié)果表明:Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr合金由Ni Al相、Ni Al-Cr共晶和Cr2Ta相組成,其強(qiáng)度和塑性良好。在低P1/2·v(P為載荷,v為速度)下,合金的磨損機(jī)制為磨粒磨損,隨著P1/2·v的增加,摩擦熱效應(yīng)增強(qiáng),合金的磨損機(jī)制逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)轲ぶp,摩擦因數(shù)和磨損率增加;當(dāng)P1/2·v0.54N1/2·m/s時(shí),摩擦熱效應(yīng)逐漸導(dǎo)致摩擦表面形成了無(wú)定形層,無(wú)定形層具有自修復(fù)特性,部分或全部隔離了摩擦副的直接接觸,磨損機(jī)制逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)檠趸p,磨損率快速降低后保持穩(wěn)定,摩擦因數(shù)逐漸降低;當(dāng)P1/2·v≥4.02N1/2·m/s時(shí),合金磨損表面開(kāi)始出現(xiàn)疲勞磨損特征,表面剝落導(dǎo)致合金的磨損率升高。
[Abstract]:The microstructure of Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr alloy was analyzed by SEM and XRD. The mechanical properties of Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr alloy were tested by universal mechanical testing machine. The friction and wear characteristics of the alloy at room temperature were studied by using a high speed reciprocating friction and wear tester. The results show that the Ni Al phase is used in the W Ni Al-2.5Ta-7.5Cr alloy. The strength and ductility of Ni Al-Cr eutectic and Cr2Ta phase are good. The wear mechanism of the alloy is abrasive wear at low P 1 / 2 路v P loading velocity. With the increase of P1 / 2 路v, the friction heat effect increases, the wear mechanism of the alloy changes to adhesive wear, friction coefficient and wear rate increase. When P 1 / 2 路v 0.54 N 1 / 2 路m / s, the friction heat effect gradually leads to the formation of amorphous layer on the friction surface, and the amorphous layer has self-repair property. The direct contact of the friction pair is partially or completely isolated, and the wear mechanism is gradually changed into oxidized wear, and the wear rate decreases rapidly and the friction coefficient decreases gradually.
