本文研究東非港口競爭力的評價,旨在分析和找出影響港口特別是達累斯薩拉姆、蒙巴薩、蘇丹和吉布提港口的關(guān)鍵因素。前人的一些研究已經(jīng)為解決這個問題提供了豐富的經(jīng)驗和重要的標準,本文旨在既定的幾個港口中比較分析出更具有競爭力的港口,即達累斯薩拉姆、蒙巴薩、蘇丹和吉布提港口。眾所周知,在東非港口和區(qū)域交通是相互依存的,改善港口的流通性是增長港口貿(mào)易的主要因素之一。因此,本次研究主要通過相關(guān)專家提出的標準,針對東非港口(主要包括達累斯薩拉姆、蒙巴薩、蘇丹和吉布提港口)運用層次分析法(AHP)對港口競爭力進行評價。盡管在該地區(qū)的其他港口的激烈競爭。本次研究證實了這個研究的真實性,在港口競爭力方面,蒙巴薩港得分最高,排名第一。其次是吉布提港。這份研究報告肯定了蒙巴薩港在東非地區(qū)的表現(xiàn)是最具競爭力和效率的根據(jù)一項由UNCTAD研究中,蒙巴薩港被列為在非洲的五大港口中最具有其競爭力的。
