瀝青路面永久性變形發(fā)展機(jī)理研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy in our country, the traffic volume and vehicle axle load increase rapidly, and the pavement condition is becoming more and more complex. In high grade pavement, especially asphalt pavement, permanent deformation occurs when it does not reach the design life. The significance of studying permanent deformation of asphalt pavement is not only an important basis for mix design of asphalt mixture, but also an understanding of the damage and development of asphalt pavement during its service life, so as to provide reference for pavement maintenance and maintenance in the future. This can effectively control the rut depth of asphalt pavement, improve pavement service performance, provide guarantee for convenient, smooth and safe driving, and promote the rapid development of economy. And can prolong the service life of asphalt pavement, save maintenance costs. In this paper, based on the permanent deformation disease data of Chongqing-Guizhou Expressway, the distribution of shear stress in asphalt pavement is studied deeply and systematically with BISAR software. Through the data of Chongqing-Guizhou highway disease and the analysis of pavement force, it is found that the permanent deformation degree of longitudinal slope section is much more serious than that of horizontal pavement. The relationship between permanent deformation and driving speed, road slope and vehicle load is obtained. In order to study the material characteristics of asphalt mixture, the influencing factors of permanent deformation and the characteristics of different types of ruts are studied. Four aspects of permanent deformation development mechanism of asphalt pavement are obtained: structural failure, continuous compaction, shear flow and wear. The shear stress of asphalt pavement under different horizontal force coefficients and different interlaminar conditions is analyzed and calculated by using BISAR3.0 software. The interference range of horizontal force coefficient on shear stress in asphalt pavement, the influence of vehicle load position on shear stress and the distribution of shear stress in different interlaminar states are obtained. All these provide a basis for the prevention and control of permanent deformation. Through disease data and numerical analysis, the development mechanism of permanent deformation of asphalt pavement is obtained. At the same time, the prevention and control measures of permanent deformation of asphalt pavement are also discussed. Through material, construction and management, it plays a certain guiding role in the construction of asphalt road.
