【摘要】：為提高車輛的可裝載性,對考慮三維裝載約束帶時間窗的循環(huán)取貨路徑問題進行研究。在給定假設與約束條件的前提下,建立該問題的多目標數(shù)學模型,并設計用于問題求解的基于改進策略的啟發(fā)式算法。數(shù)值實例的計算結果表明,該算法可有效求解考慮零件三維裝載約束帶時間窗的循環(huán)取貨路徑問題;且與時間窗優(yōu)先法的求解結果相比,可大幅提高車輛的可裝載性,并能有效減少不同車型車輛的投入數(shù)量。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the loadability of vehicles, the cyclic pick-up path problem considering three-dimensional loading constraints with time windows is studied. On the premise of given assumptions and constraints, the multi-objective mathematical model of the problem is established, and a heuristic algorithm based on improved strategy for problem solving is designed. The calculation results of numerical examples show that the algorithm can effectively solve the cyclic pick-up path problem with time window considering the three-dimensional loading constraint of parts, and compared with the solution results of time window priority method, it can greatly improve the loadability of vehicles and effectively reduce the number of vehicles invested in different models.
