單煤層采空區(qū)公路隧道施工力學(xué)行為研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)交通道路建設(shè)的迅速發(fā)展,可利用的土地資源逐漸減少,對(duì)道路選線的要求越來(lái)越高,公路隧道不可避免穿越采空區(qū)地層。在既有采空區(qū)的基礎(chǔ)上修建公路隧道將會(huì)重新改變地層的應(yīng)力場(chǎng)分布,對(duì)采空區(qū)地段的圍巖穩(wěn)定性造成嚴(yán)重影響,尤其是在采空區(qū)與隧道交匯地段,地應(yīng)力場(chǎng)的分布異常復(fù)雜,對(duì)公路隧道產(chǎn)生不可忽視和潛在的危害,從而如何保證在采空區(qū)地層中隧道安全施工是一個(gè)亟待解決的問題。對(duì)穿越采空區(qū)地層隧道施工力學(xué)行為展開研究顯得很有必要,且具有重要的工程意義。以宜(賓)-瀘(州)高速公路觀斗山隧道工程為研究背景,采用室內(nèi)相似模型試驗(yàn)和數(shù)值模擬分析相結(jié)合的研究手段對(duì)跨度約12.5m的雙向四車道高速公路采空區(qū)隧道施工力學(xué)行為進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究。主要研究成果如下: 1、提出了上覆采空區(qū)隧道和下伏采空區(qū)隧道在橫斷面內(nèi)和縱向上隧道開挖的安全間距; 2、基于平面應(yīng)變假定,二維數(shù)值分析了下穿(或下伏)采空區(qū)時(shí)橫斷面內(nèi)采空區(qū)對(duì)隧道施工引起的洞周位移、圍巖應(yīng)力、洞周錨桿軸力以及初期支護(hù)內(nèi)力(彎矩和軸力)的影響規(guī)律以及施工擾動(dòng)對(duì)采空區(qū)地層移動(dòng)的影響規(guī)律; 3、室內(nèi)相似模擬分析了在不同開挖支護(hù)下隧道施工對(duì)采空區(qū)地層移動(dòng)的影響以及采空區(qū)的存在對(duì)初期支護(hù)受力特征的影響; 4、進(jìn)行了隧道穿越采空區(qū)地層三維數(shù)值分析,研究了在縱向上采空區(qū)對(duì)洞周位移、洞周圍巖應(yīng)力、洞周錨桿軸力以及初期支護(hù)內(nèi)力的影響規(guī)律以及施工擾動(dòng)對(duì)采空區(qū)地層移動(dòng)的影響規(guī)律。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of traffic road construction in China, the available land resources are gradually reduced, and the demand for road route selection becomes higher and higher. Highway tunnels inevitably traverse the goaf strata. The construction of the highway tunnel on the basis of the existing goaf will change the distribution of the stress field in the strata, which will seriously affect the stability of the surrounding rock in the goaf, especially in the intersection of the goaf and the tunnel, the distribution of the in-situ stress field will be very complex. It can not be ignored and potential harm to highway tunnel, so how to ensure the safe construction of tunnel in goaf stratum is an urgent problem to be solved. It is necessary and important to study the mechanical behavior of tunnel construction through goaf. Taking Guandoushan tunnel project of Yibin-Lu (state) highway as the research background, The mechanical behavior of goaf tunnel construction of two-way four-lane expressway with a span of about 12.5 m has been systematically studied by means of indoor similar model test and numerical simulation analysis. The main research results are as follows: 1. The safe spacing of tunnel excavation between overlying goaf tunnel and underground goaf tunnel in cross-section and longitudinal direction is put forward. 2. Based on the assumption of plane strain, the displacement around the tunnel and the stress of surrounding rock caused by the goaf in the cross-section of the cross-sectional goaf under the condition of the plane strain assumption are analyzed by two-dimensional numerical method. The influence law of bolt axial force and initial supporting internal force (bending moment and axial force) and the influence of construction disturbance on strata movement in goaf; 3. The influence of tunnel construction on the strata movement of goaf under different excavation and support and the influence of goaf on the force characteristics of initial support are simulated and analyzed in the laboratory. 4. The 3-D numerical analysis of the strata passing through the goaf is carried out, and the displacement of the goaf around the tunnel and the stress of the surrounding rock around the tunnel are studied in this paper. The influence law of bolt axial force and initial support internal force around the tunnel and the influence of construction disturbance on the strata movement in goaf.
