改性瀝青及混合料流變學(xué)性能研究

【摘要】:利用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、動(dòng)態(tài)剪切流變?cè)囼?yàn)(DSR)、小梁彎曲蠕變?cè)囼?yàn)及三軸壓縮蠕變?cè)囼?yàn),分別從微觀和宏觀角度對(duì)比研究了膠粉改性瀝青(CR)和SBS改性瀝青及其混合料的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)、高溫及低溫對(duì)其流變性能的影響。SEM試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,橡膠粉及SBS改性劑都能與瀝青達(dá)到良好共融,但在瀝青混合料中膠粉改性瀝青與石料界面的粘結(jié)性要優(yōu)于SBS改性瀝青;DSR試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,CR具有更好的溫度穩(wěn)定性、低溫抗裂能力和高溫抗變形能力;小梁彎曲蠕變?cè)囼?yàn)在-15、0、15、30,45℃5種溫度下對(duì)比研究了配合比相同的2種瀝青混合料,得到不同溫度下的彎曲蠕變速率對(duì)比曲線,試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,CR混合料比SBS改性瀝青混合料具有更好的高、低溫性能;此外,還進(jìn)行了45℃下2種瀝青混合料的三軸壓縮蠕變?cè)囼?yàn),證明CR瀝青混合料具有更好的抗高溫變形特性。
[Abstract]:(DSR), beam bending creep test and triaxial compression creep test by (SEM), dynamic shear rheological test with scanning electron microscope, The microstructure of rubber powder modified asphalt (CR) and SBS modified asphalt and the effect of low temperature and high temperature on the rheological properties of the asphalt and its mixture were studied from the micro and macro aspects respectively. The results of SEM test showed that the modified asphalt and its mixture had different rheological properties. Both rubber powder and SBS modifier can achieve good blending with asphalt, but in asphalt mixture, the adhesion between rubber powder modified asphalt and stone is better than that of SBS modified asphalt. The results of DSR test show that CR has better temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and high temperature deformation resistance.
