環(huán)境及力學(xué)加載條件下瀝青混合料水損傷表征

【摘要】:本文基于室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)方法和微觀力學(xué)模型,以表征瀝青混合料水損傷特性。瀝青路面損傷的評價(jià)需考慮環(huán)境條件及交通荷載,所以本文設(shè)計(jì)了水分?jǐn)U散試驗(yàn)裝置以評估瀝青砂漿的水分?jǐn)U散隨時(shí)間的變化規(guī)律,采用瀝青砂漿的動態(tài)模量作為模型的關(guān)鍵參數(shù),提出了連續(xù)的濕度場與力學(xué)加載耦合的有限元模型。 首先,基于本文設(shè)計(jì)的水分?jǐn)U散試驗(yàn)裝置評估了瀝青砂漿的水分?jǐn)U散隨時(shí)間的變化規(guī)律,并基于費(fèi)克定律確定了其水分?jǐn)U散系數(shù)。 其次,,測試瀝青砂漿動態(tài)模量參數(shù)用于微觀擴(kuò)散模型材料關(guān)鍵參數(shù)。 最后,提出連續(xù)的濕度場與力學(xué)加載耦合有限元模型,以表征濕度擴(kuò)散對其力學(xué)響應(yīng)分布的影響。 因此,本文提出了瀝青路面在環(huán)境與交通荷載長時(shí)間作用條件下的水損傷評價(jià)方法,該法考慮了水損傷過程中水分滲透所造成的瀝青材料特性衰退。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the water damage characteristics of asphalt mixture are characterized by laboratory test method and micro mechanical model. The damage assessment of asphalt pavement needs to take into account environmental conditions and traffic loads. Therefore, a moisture diffusion test device is designed to evaluate the variation of moisture diffusion with time of asphalt mortar. Taking the dynamic modulus of asphalt mortar as the key parameter of the model, a finite element model of continuous coupling of moisture field and mechanical loading is proposed. Firstly, based on the moisture diffusion test device designed in this paper, the variation law of moisture diffusion with time of asphalt mortar is evaluated, and the moisture diffusion coefficient is determined based on Fecker's law. Secondly, the dynamic modulus parameters of asphalt mortar are tested for the key parameters of micro diffusion model materials. Finally, a coupled finite element model of continuous humidity field and mechanical loading is proposed to characterize the effect of humidity diffusion on its mechanical response distribution. Therefore, this paper presents a method for evaluating the water damage of asphalt pavement under the condition of environment and traffic load for a long time. This method takes into account the degradation of asphalt properties caused by water penetration during the process of water damage.
