【摘要】：為建設(shè)海洋強(qiáng)國(guó),提高海洋資源開(kāi)發(fā)能力,發(fā)展海洋經(jīng)濟(jì),保護(hù)海洋生態(tài)環(huán)境,堅(jiān)決維護(hù)國(guó)家海洋權(quán)益。近年來(lái),我國(guó)在南海海域大力發(fā)展港口及海島建設(shè),催生了一系列的導(dǎo)助航設(shè)施。如何提高航標(biāo)導(dǎo)助航性能,減少航標(biāo)設(shè)備經(jīng)濟(jì)成本投入,科學(xué)管理航標(biāo)設(shè)備成為航標(biāo)工作重點(diǎn)關(guān)注的問(wèn)題。本文基于航標(biāo)國(guó)際規(guī)范、國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的有關(guān)規(guī)定,結(jié)合航標(biāo)附屬設(shè)備實(shí)際使用情況,刪減并歸納了航標(biāo)附屬電設(shè)備的檢測(cè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),使之成為方便可行的檢測(cè)方法。
[Abstract]:In order to build a strong marine power, improve the ability of developing marine resources, develop marine economy, protect the marine ecological environment, and resolutely safeguard the national marine rights and interests. In recent years, China has developed port and island construction in the South China Sea, giving birth to a series of navigational aids. How to improve navigation aids, reduce the economic cost of navigation aids, and manage navigation aids scientifically has become the focus of attention. Based on the relevant regulations of international standard, national standard and industry standard of navigation aids, combined with the actual use of auxiliary equipments of navigation aids, this paper cuts down and sums up the detection standards of auxiliary electrical equipment of navigation aids, making it a convenient and feasible test method.
