基于可靠性分析的橋梁超限車通過權判別研究

【摘要】:超限運輸對國民經濟的發(fā)展至關重要,但是超限車輛會對沿線的橋梁造成結構損傷,影響貨物的正常運營,大大降低橋梁的安全使用壽命。目前我國路政管理部門審批超限車輛的方法一般是費時費力的結構內力分析和基于經驗的人工簡單判別,這兩種方法的審批效率都較低。因此,建立一個安全、可靠、簡單、實用的判別準則,快速判別超限車輛的通過權意義重大。本文主要從以下三個方面做了相關的研究工作: (1)基于概率統(tǒng)計理論,建立了廣西自治區(qū)典型五軸、六軸超限車輛荷載概率模型,,主要包括總重的雙峰正態(tài)分布模型、總重和軸重的線性回歸模型以及軸距L3的對數正態(tài)分布模型等,通過蒙特卡洛法隨機生成超限車輛,建立了超限車輛荷載數據庫; (2)詳細介紹了可靠指標法判別超限車輛通過權的計算原理,通過對比分析荷載效應比較法、等效分布荷載法和可靠指標法等三種算法判別超限車輛通過權的計算結果,驗證了按照本文采用的可靠指標法判別超限車通過權的可行性; (3)基于可靠指標法建立了廣西自治區(qū)五軸、六軸超限車輛通行簡支板橋和簡支T梁橋的限載準則,給出了超限車輛在各荷載等級下的最大容許載重限值表以及包絡線準則法判別超限車輛的通過權,并通過對比分析限載準則與可靠指標法判別實際超限車輛通過權的結果,驗證了按照本文規(guī)定的限載準則判別超限車輛通過權的可行性。
[Abstract]:The over-limit transportation is very important to the development of national economy, but the over-limited vehicles will cause structural damage to the bridges along the route, affect the normal operation of the goods, and greatly reduce the safe service life of the bridges. At present, the methods of examining and approving overrun vehicles by highway administration departments in our country are usually time-consuming and laborious structural internal force analysis and simple manual discrimination based on experience, both of which have low approval efficiency. Therefore, it is of great significance to establish a safe, reliable, simple and practical criterion to quickly distinguish the passing weight of overrun vehicles. Based on the theory of probability and statistics, the paper establishes a typical five-axis and six-axis vehicle load probability model in Guangxi Autonomous region, which is related to the following three aspects: (1) based on the theory of probability and statistics, a typical five-axis and six-axis vehicle load probability model is established. It mainly includes the bimodal normal distribution model of gross weight, the linear regression model of gross weight and axle weight, and the logarithmic normal distribution model of wheelbase L3, etc. (2) the calculation principle of the reliability index method is introduced in detail, and the load effect comparison method is compared and analyzed. The calculation results of three algorithms, equivalent distributed load method and reliability index method, to distinguish the passing weight of overrun vehicles are proved to be feasible according to the reliability index method used in this paper. (3) based on the reliability index method, the loading limit criteria for simply supported plate bridges and simply supported T-beam bridges for five-axis and six-axis overrun vehicles in Guangxi Autonomous region are established. In this paper, the maximum allowable load limit table of overrun vehicles under each load grade and the envelope criterion method are given to judge the passing weight of overrun vehicles, and the results of comparing and analyzing the load limit criterion and the reliability index method to judge the passing weight of the actual overrun vehicles are given. The feasibility of judging the passing weight of overrun vehicle according to the limit criterion of this paper is verified.
