【摘要】：為了研究改性瀝青在高溫條件下的粘彈性能,選擇3種改性瀝青在不同溫度下進(jìn)行多應(yīng)力蠕變恢復(fù)試驗(yàn)(MSCR)。采用Superpave性能規(guī)范的最新指標(biāo)對(duì)3種改性瀝青的高溫性能進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果表明:在0.1 kPa時(shí),PE改性瀝青的平均恢復(fù)率R100最大,并且不隨溫度發(fā)生較大改變;隨著溫度的升高,SBS、GTR改性瀝青平均恢復(fù)率減小;在3.2 kPa時(shí),3種改性瀝青的平均恢復(fù)率R3200較為接近;比較兩種應(yīng)力條件下的結(jié)果,在64℃、70℃時(shí),PE改性瀝青由于應(yīng)力增大,平均恢復(fù)率顯著下降,平均不可恢復(fù)蠕變?nèi)崃縅nr顯著增大;因此,有必要考慮較大應(yīng)力對(duì)改性瀝青性能的影響。本試驗(yàn)結(jié)果與彈性恢復(fù)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果一致,可以考慮用MSCR代替彈性恢復(fù)試驗(yàn)。由于采用了較大應(yīng)力的加載方式以及平均恢復(fù)率、平均不可恢復(fù)蠕變?nèi)崃康仍u(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),MSCR能全面評(píng)價(jià)改性瀝青的性能。
[Abstract]:In order to study the viscoelastic properties of modified asphalt at high temperature, three kinds of modified asphalt were selected to carry out multi-stress creep recovery test (MSCR). At different temperatures. The high temperature performance of three kinds of modified asphalt was evaluated by the latest index of Superpave performance specification. The results showed that the average recovery rate R100 of PE modified asphalt was the largest at 0.1 kPa and did not change with temperature, but the average recovery rate of SBS,GTR modified asphalt decreased with the increase of temperature.
