山地城市交通分區(qū)技術政策研究

【摘要】:隨著社會.經(jīng).濟的不.斷發(fā)展.,城市.交.通問題.日.益突.顯,尤其是在東.部沿海.相.對發(fā)達.的地區(qū).;而隨著我國西.部大開.發(fā)戰(zhàn)略.的實施,越來越多西部.城.市的城.市交通.發(fā)展.也出現(xiàn).了類似.東部.地.區(qū)的問.題;同時,城市化進程的加快,使得城市內(nèi)部.出現(xiàn)了城市.功能.和用.地性質(zhì).不同.的區(qū)域.,導致.不同.區(qū).域間的交.通.特征呈現(xiàn)出越來越明顯的差.異性。在這種社會發(fā)展背景下,城市交通分區(qū)理念應運而生。本文在查閱國內(nèi)外交通分區(qū)相關文獻、總結(jié).前人.研.究成果.、借.鑒他人.經(jīng)驗的基.礎上,通過分析山地城市特征及城市交通交通特征,將聚類方法應用到山地城市交通分區(qū)中去,嘗試運用選定獲取的指.標數(shù)據(jù).對給定.的交通.地圖.進.行交通.分.區(qū),具體研究內(nèi)容如下: ①針對當前城市交通存在的問題,分析城市交通分區(qū)的必要性;在總結(jié)和借鑒前人研究成果和經(jīng)驗的基礎上,探討了進行城市交通分區(qū)劃分的基本思路; ②對城市交通分區(qū)的技術方法進行探索。在分析常用的交通分區(qū)方法局限性的情況下,探索分析了幾種聚類方法在城市交通分區(qū)中的適應性,再綜合比較了各聚類方法的優(yōu)缺點的基礎上,最終確定了采用灰色聚類算法進行城市交通分區(qū); ③以山地城市為分區(qū)研究對象,對山地城市的城市特征及城市交通特征進行了分析,在明確山地城市交通分區(qū)體系構建目標和原則的基礎上,構建完成了山地城市交通分區(qū)體系,并對影響各層面交通分區(qū)的因素進行了分析,構建了山地城市交通分區(qū)指標體系; ④以重慶市南岸區(qū)為例,完成了南岸區(qū)交通分區(qū)的劃分及分類,對不同層次不同類型的交通分區(qū)提出了技術政策建議。并將分區(qū)結(jié)果與實際情況進行了對比,,對山地城市交通技術政策進行了具體的應用。

On the basis of analyzing the limitations of common traffic zoning methods, the adaptability of several clustering methods in urban traffic zoning is explored, and the advantages and disadvantages of each clustering method are compared synthetically. Finally, the grey clustering algorithm is used to partition the urban traffic. (3) taking mountainous city as the research object, this paper analyzes the urban characteristics and urban traffic characteristics of mountainous city, and on the basis of defining the objectives and principles of constructing mountainous city traffic zoning system, The system of traffic zoning in mountainous cities is constructed, and the factors affecting traffic zoning at all levels are analyzed, and the index system of traffic zoning in mountainous cities is constructed. (4) taking Nanan District of Chongqing as an example, the division and classification of traffic zoning in Nanan District are completed, and technical policy suggestions for different levels and different types of traffic zoning are put forward. Finally, the paper compares the result with the actual situation, and makes a concrete application of the traffic technology policy in mountainous cities.
