山區(qū)國省干線公路瀝青路面就地熱再生綠色評價研究

【摘要】:隨著我國國省干線公路建設(shè)的發(fā)展,公路網(wǎng)規(guī)模不斷擴大,山區(qū)交通日益便利,,但是隨著大量山區(qū)干線公路使用年限的增長,其路用使用性能卻日漸下降,公路瀝青路面養(yǎng)護問題越來越受到普遍關(guān)注。為保持路面良好的使用狀態(tài),減少早期病害的發(fā)生,延緩病害的發(fā)展,延長路面使用壽命,降低養(yǎng)護成本,選擇合適的預(yù)養(yǎng)護技術(shù)對山區(qū)干線瀝青路面進行預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護,對于公路自身和山區(qū)社會經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展均具有重要意義。 山區(qū)干線公路養(yǎng)護在帶來諸多正面效應(yīng)的同時,也給生態(tài)環(huán)境帶來了不同程度的負面效應(yīng),因此選擇一種可以弱化負面效應(yīng),與生態(tài)環(huán)境相協(xié)調(diào),具有可持續(xù)發(fā)展前景,綠色效應(yīng)客觀的預(yù)養(yǎng)護技術(shù)已成為必然趨勢。 基于此,本文在瀝青路面就地熱再生技術(shù)已有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對山區(qū)干線公路就地熱再生技術(shù)綠色效應(yīng)進行研究,為我國山區(qū)干線公路預(yù)養(yǎng)護技術(shù)的選擇提供一些理論研究依據(jù)。 本文在綠色施工評價體系的基礎(chǔ)上探討綠色預(yù)養(yǎng)護評價體系,借鑒可持續(xù)發(fā)展指標體系的壓力-狀態(tài)-響應(yīng)模型,建立了山區(qū)干線公路就地熱再生綠色評價研究的PSR框架模型,明確指標體系的各個指標,并用層次分析法計算各指標權(quán)重,運用灰色系統(tǒng)綜合評價方法建立山區(qū)干線公路就地熱再生綠色評價模型,最后運用該評價模型對貴州省省道S201(K135+000~K163+000)玉銅線瀝青路面就地熱再生項目進行綜合評價,證明其實用性。 研究結(jié)果表明,瀝青路面就地熱再生技術(shù)具有較好的綠色效應(yīng),施工中廢氣排放量少、噪聲小,對環(huán)境污染小;可充分利用舊瀝青路面混合料,節(jié)約原材料,降低施工成本,實現(xiàn)資源的再生循環(huán)利用;施工過程中占用工作面小,不中斷交通,施工作業(yè)時間短,對公共交通的影響小。
[Abstract]:With the development of national and provincial trunk road construction, the scale of highway network is expanding and the traffic in mountainous area is more convenient. However, with the increase of service life of a large number of mountain trunk roads, the performance of road use is declining day by day. More and more attention has been paid to the maintenance of highway asphalt pavement. In order to maintain the good condition of pavement use, reduce the occurrence of early diseases, delay the development of diseases, prolong the service life of pavement, reduce the maintenance cost, and select appropriate pre-maintenance technology to carry out preventive maintenance of asphalt pavement in mountain trunk line. For the highway itself and the development of social and economic mountain areas are of great significance. The mountain trunk highway maintenance brings many positive effects, but also brings different negative effects to the ecological environment. Therefore, choosing one that can weaken the negative effect, coordinate with the ecological environment, has the prospect of sustainable development. Green effect objective pre-curing technology has become an inevitable trend. Based on this, the green effect of geothermal regeneration technology on mountain trunk highway is studied in this paper, based on the existing research results on geothermal regeneration technology of asphalt pavement. It provides some theoretical basis for the selection of pre-maintenance technology of mountain trunk highway in our country. Based on the evaluation system of green construction, this paper probes into the evaluation system of green pre-maintenance. Using the pressure-state-response model of the index system of sustainable development, the PSR framework model for the green evaluation of geothermal regeneration of mountain trunk roads is established. Every index of the index system is defined, the weight of each index is calculated by AHP, and the green evaluation model for geothermal regeneration of mountain trunk highway is established by using the comprehensive evaluation method of grey system. Finally, the evaluation model is used to evaluate the geothermal regeneration project on the asphalt pavement of Jade Copper Line of Guizhou Provincial Highway S201 (K135 000~K163 000), which proves its practicability. The results show that bituminous pavement has good green effect, less exhaust gas emission, less noise and less pollution to the environment. It can make full use of the old asphalt pavement mixture, save the raw materials, reduce the construction cost, realize the recycling utilization of the resources, occupy the working face small in the construction process, do not interrupt the traffic, the construction operation time is short, the influence to the public transportation is small.
